Description:
Brandt est actuellement à la recherche d’un directeur commercial pour son emplacement à Brossard Construction et Foresterie.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur de succursale, le titulaire du poste est chargé de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilité du service des marchandises.
Les tâches comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
- Atteindre les objectifs de gestion des actifs en termes de rotation et de vieillissement, ainsi que la protection des actifs de l’entreprise. Incluant notamment les stocks de marchandises neuves et usagées.
- Prévoir la bonne composition de stocks pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de part de marché.
- Gestion et développement de tous les employés du service des ventes dans le but de constituer une main-d’œuvre motivée et performante axée sur le succès à long terme de l’entreprise, des clients et des employés.
- Réaliser les objectifs de part de marché convenus pour le succès à long terme de notre fabricant et de la société.
- Fournir un retour d’information et des commentaires sur les occasions et les pressions concurrentielles futures
- Aider à la gestion des comptes clients de la succursale en collaboration avec le vice-président du crédit et le vice-président à l’exploitation.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.
Compétences requises
- Certificat, diplôme ou baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en tant que généraliste en RH ou en recrutement de préférence.
- CRHA est considéré comme un atout.
Expérience requise
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale et compétences interpersonnelles.
- Solides compétences en matière de prise de décision.
- Professionnalisme, sens de l’organisation et de la gestion de projet.
- Solides compétences informatiques requises ; connaissance des bases de données RH, des systèmes de suivi des candidats et des systèmes de gestion des candidats considérée comme un atout.

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management of related field preferred
- 3-5 years’ HR Generalist and/or Recruiting experience preferred
- CPHR considered an asset
Required Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong computer skills required; familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems considered an asset
