Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the availability and freshness of BAT’s brand portfolio by ensuring the accurate implementation of the brand strategy and fulfilling basic service requirements for all clients, minimizing supply chain costs.
  • Supervise the fieldwork of Representatives during market visits to develop their knowledge and skills through mentor, contributing to maximizing work efficiency, action effectiveness, and positively impacting Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maximize the sell-out of BAT’s brands by implementing various point-of-sale activities that positively influence consumer purchasing habits, positioning BAT as the benchmark supplier for all assigned clients in the territory.
  • Review and control the accounts and assets within the area to ensure the assigned resources are adequate, securely maintained, and used efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and determine the factors affecting distribution within the territory to ensure continued brand availability, product quality, and effective distribution at the lowest cost.
  • Set sales objectives for Representatives based on the potential of each route, focusing efforts and actions in the market.
