Description:
Our client is a local-based company and a value-added solutions partner specializing in cutting-edge technologies in the AI and IoT sectors.
- Identify key stakeholders in the commercial real estate and office building sectors , such as property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance market reach for smart workspace solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in building automation technologies, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in Building Automation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
