We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Building Solutions business in South Sweden. As one of our strategic growth areas, Building Solutions is pivotal to our continued success, and we are searching for a proactive individual to drive business growth and profitability in this role. Reporting to the Sales Director, Northern Europe – Building Solutions, you will have the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices in South Sweden. This position involves regular travel.

About the position
As Sales Manager, you will have direct sales responsibility for South Sweden, focusing on expanding our customer base and driving growth in Mass Timber elements (CLT/LVL) for professional builders. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, securing new customers, and managing the entire sales process—from offer creation to order signature.
Beyond closing deals, you will play a key role in developing a strong ecosystem of partners. Your account management skills and negotiation expertise will be essential in building long-term relationships with installation companies, main contractors, and industrial integrators, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and business success.

Willingness to travel regularly as well as fluency in Swedish & good business English is required.

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:

  • Several years of working experience from a commercial role within the building/construction industry with excellent understanding of the Swedish construction market.
  • Hands-on experience, with good negotiation skills and a solution driven attitude with ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Understanding and experience of working with architects, designers, engineers and property developers
  • Ability to follow structured processes (Offer to Cash processes)

Additional skills and qualifications beneficial in this role:

  • Knowledge in engineered wood products.
