Job Title: Sales Manager - Business Setup Services
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Setup Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage client relationships, and oversee the team to deliver excellent results in helping clients establish and grow their businesses in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business setup sales or related fields in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes (mainland, free zones, and offshore).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business setup requirements.
  • Provide expert consultation and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, free zones, and mainland processes.
  • Advise clients on licensing options, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Team Development:
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and UAE business laws.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with operations, PROs, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and meetings to build brand presence.
