Description:

To support the dynamic growth and expansion of our North American market, the Sales Manager - North America, will lead their team to new opportunities and support current projects within the territory served by indirect & direct sales.
This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be based either in New York City or Chicago.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Independent Representatives & Inside Sales Associates for defined territories in US & Canada
  • Collaborate within BuzziSpace global team to create a positive experience for our partners and customers
  • Develop annual strategic plan for territories to meet sales targets
  • Ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle by coaching a consultative, premium approach
  • Develop and support business activities targeting A&D, Dealer, PM Firm & End User Accounts
  • Manage a roster of Global Accounts
  • Maintain an active opportunity pipeline of at least 3x sales goal
  • Achieve expert level BuzziSpace brand and product knowledge
  • Learn and master all BuzziSpace acoustic tools and presentations
  • Promote the BuzziSpace brand by coordinating and leading corporate and in market trainings, site|showroom tours, as well as local|national marketing events
  • Build and sustain industry networks by participating in professional organizations – IIDA, ASID, CoreNet, etc.
  • Oversee opportunity specification, quoting and presales activity in partnership with the Sales Support team
  • Train and monitor adherence to processes for design services, custom requests, sampling and large projects
  • 50% - 60% travel nationally with requirement for international travel at least one time per year
