We are looking for a Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe for our Personal & Home Care business.
This job will report to the Sales Director EMEA and will be based out of a home-office in Poland or the North-East of France, or office-based in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône and will require intense travelling (approx. 60%) to visit clients, support your sales team, and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris.
Responsibilities:
- As a Regional Manager, you will lead your Sales Team across your territory and secure flawless sales execution and growth.
- You will also manage and grow multinational accounts directly to boost the home care category. In addition you will develop and deliver sales activities with a distribution partner for mid-size accounts.
- You will design value proposition adapted to your territory and customers (composed of Multinationals, key local brands and 3PM’s), and secure its execution within your Team.
- As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success!
- As part of your multiple activities, you will report in timely manner, on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services.
