Salary – £45k – 55k per annum, plus bonus (OTE £55-65k pa)
Location - London / South (with accessibility for London) base
YOUR SKILLSET FOR PERFORMANCE:
- A clear and professional communicator who places an emphasis on outstanding customer service and sales
- A passion for delivering excellence and proven experience of generating business in a similar contract sales environment
- Understanding of kitchen design principles required
- Customer obsessed
- Be able to demonstrate KPI management/achievement
- BBKI experience
- Experience of selling into inner city high-rise sector advantageous
- Basic CAD experience and CRM system use is an advantage

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will effectively manage direct & indirect leads, actively generating new business to ensure that we reach our sales and projected targets.
You’ll use your experience and initiative to source, attract and develop new business and demonstrate a pro-activity and passion for generating new business leads and opportunities. Alongside developing a thorough understanding of our inner city high-rise sales potential and emerging opportunities.
You’ll present detailed information relating to our forecasts, sales strategy and profit revenue to Senior Management, whilst marketing and presenting to potential clients.
