Sales Manager cum Logistics & Technical Support

SALES MANAGEMENT:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
Set and monitor sales goals and quotas, and analyze sales performance metrics.
Lead and mentor the sales team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing guidance for professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to acquire new clients and markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, logistics coordination, and technical support roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, supply chain management, and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
