The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Manager DACH to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition and development in the Northern, Southern and Western Europe.
  • Understanding customer business and how it operates.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong long-term relationships with customer company and key people on client’s side.
  • In collaboration with Andersen team and customer’s key people identify potential issues customer business faces to propose solutions to fix them.
  • Elaborating account development plan and strategy.
  • Be responsible for the general customer satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with Andersen production team.
  • Actively resolve ongoing issues and problems.
  • Conducting sales and pre-sales activities, pitching and proposals elaboration to support account development plan and strategy.
  • Be responsible for profitability and financial efficiency on assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and client acquisition from 3+ years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills.
  • Conversation and communication skills C-Level people.
  • Level of English - from Upper-Intermidiate and above.

Desired skills

  • Level of German - from Upper-Intermidiate and above.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function.
