Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Leadership: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the inside sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve performance and exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Manage SEO-generated leads and drive commercial sales through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calling.
  • Performance Management: Set revenue projections and KPIs to drive growth. Monitor sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Meetings and Reviews: Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Pest Control Expertise: Prior experience in the pest control industry is required.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills to build an effective sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with using technology for sales management.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience: 5+ years in the pest control industry with sales or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using various sales and communication tools.
