REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
