REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Min 3-5 years of B2B sales management and account handling in the exhibition industry.
• Able to sell with a consultative approach
• Familiarity in selling design and hospitality products/services is a plus
• Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
• Arabic written and spoken is a strong asset
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of clients and partners across multiple mediums, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Highly motivated, ambitious, a desire to take ownership and responsibility to ensure the best outcome
• Ability to work towards KPIs, using them as a motivational tool to hit and exceed targets
• Adaptable and collaborative nature, working with colleagues across the team
