Responsibilities:
The Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales goals, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and sales expertise to achieve the dealership’s sales objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Set individual and team sales goals while conducting regular sales meeting and training sessions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal selection of vehicles.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure the day-to-day success of the Sales department and sales teams.
- Other responsibilities as required.
