QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the grain or commodities industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Manager for the grain business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
