As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of Unilin’s Dryback division , leading the charge to expand our market share in your region: Nordics, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Canada, Asia & Australia . Your mission will be to connect with potential customers and establish long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
- Dive deep into your region, analysing its potential.
- Gather valuable market intelligence and keep a close eye on the competitive landscape.
- Approach potential customers and expand our customer base.
- Skillfully negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and rebate agreements.
- Convert prospects into key accounts and nurture those accounts for long-term growth.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our LVT Dryback products , positioning yourself as an expert and advocate in the industry.
- Actively participate in regular sales meetings to shape our short, mid, and long-term plans.
