The Role: Manage an inside sales team

  • Fast paced, incentive and KPI driven
  • Lead / coach / mentor a team of driven, motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM.
  • Handle and monitor the day to day in this high-performance environment
  • Coach, Mentor, Pat on the back – HIGH FIVE!
  • Manage and develop closing techniques, objection handling and more

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast paced, outbound call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success!
  • Be a competent user data & CRM reports and able to analyse statistics and implement change
  • Can set an example, motivate a team, is someone consistent, professional with great communication
  • A leader of people!
