Description:
Enterprise Services group Ltd is an established family run facility maintenance
company employing around 120 staff providing professional cleaning, gardening and
building maintenance services to businesses across London and the South East.
Located in Horsham, West Sussex, we are looking to recruit someone who is local
with a proven track record within services or solutions sales.
The successful applicant will be ambitious and have exceptional sales skills, be proactive in
their approach to work, including developing existing accounts and sourcing and
securing new business at a senior level with key decision makers.
They will be a personable team player with excellent communication skills and have previous experience managing a sales department, providing the relevant training and support required to build a successful team.

Responsibilities:
- To maximise revenue streams and profit margins working in conjunction with the Managing Director and Heads of department.
- To liaise with department heads to ensure that contract terms agreed with new and existing customers are realistic and achievable within defined parameters.
- To ensure and maintain contract retention whilst also developing new business opportunities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- To design, implement and maintain a strategic business plan that expands the company’s base and ensures a strong market presence
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and comply with the guidelines of relevant health and safety procedures.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
- To establish and maintain a constructive working relationship with colleagues.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Train and develop new salespeople as and when required to ensure the sales departments success.
- Actively seek new accounts through market research and networking
- Attend site visits with prospective clients to establish their requirements, carry out site assessments/surveys
- Prepare client quotes/estimates ensuring appropriate follow up to secure business
