Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager is responsible for maximising revenue for events, conferences and group hotel room night sales in our world class integrated resort.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships via sales calls, facilitate entertainment and site inspections to develop relationships with key clients.
  • Have responsibility for a range of hospitality portfolios; effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Deliver strong customer service and demonstrate high levels of product knowledge of events, hotels and the broader Crown complex facilities.
