Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager and account management in the food and beverage sector. At least 5 years of experience.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Experience in technical sales of company products.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in GERMAN and ENGLISH.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving sustainable and profitable growth with selected key accounts and local accounts by leveraging the company’s competencies.
- Drive sustainable business opportunities that contribute to the success of our customers and differentiate us from competitors.
- Provide technical support and product development, as well as specific value propositions for the relevant market and strategic customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Product Knowledge: Possess deep product knowledge to effectively communicate its features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track results and provide improvement recommendations.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
