About the Role
You will drive all sales initiatives across the Nordic region, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and a proven track record in sales management. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team.
  • Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.
