Description:

As a Sales Manager at Multiverse, you will play a crucial role in building our sales function from the ground up. Your efforts will directly support our long-term goal of establishing a presence in relevant markets, ensuring our products and services reach new heights.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with other departments to support their sales efforts and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Train team members, monitor sales managers’ performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal team productivity and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals, with a focus on penetrating relevant markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with country managers, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in relevant markets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and approve commissions for partners nearing the limit to become partners.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales for each market.
  • Review reports for markets (where there is no country manager yet) with finance and make plans for the future.
  • Evaluate markets and decide whether to enter (requires CEO approval).
