Azelis HUNGARY is looking for a SALES MANAGER for PHARMA department in HUNGARY
She/he will be reporting to the Business Manager and be responsible for the Hungarian market.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the business of existing accounts and develop new business in Hungary, taking full responsibility for the delivery of budgeted commercial margin
- Implementation of the strategic business plan agreed with the Business Manager
- Develop sales of a portfolio of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical raw materials (APIs, Excipients) by building relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop strong working relationships with regional suppliers
- Regular customer visits
- Participation in supplier events and exhibitions
- Prepare offers and collect market information
- Ensure the achievement of agreed targets
- Optimize NWC (stock, receivables, payables)
- Create reports in CRM
Requirements
- Min. 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical industry, i.e. in technical or in commercial role
- Good understanding on GDP regulation
- Fluent English required (both verbal and written communication)
- Relevant university degree
- Self-motivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales
- Ability to adapt to new requirements and have a flexible approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- IT knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- driving license category B
