Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the liquidity platform products and services.
  • Identify target markets and potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of liquidity products, services, and the financial markets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that impact the liquidity and trading platforms market.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Work closely with the product and technology teams to customize and adapt solutions for client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with client services and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience trading technology industry, with a focus on liquidity platforms, trading systems, or fintech solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets, including FX, fixed income, equities, or derivatives trading.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office .
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
