Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the liquidity platform products and services.
- Identify target markets and potential customers to expand the client base.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Manage and prioritize sales opportunities within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of liquidity products, services, and the financial markets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that impact the liquidity and trading platforms market.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to customize and adapt solutions for client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with client services and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience trading technology industry, with a focus on liquidity platforms, trading systems, or fintech solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets, including FX, fixed income, equities, or derivatives trading.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
