Description:

Job Title: Sales Manager
Salary: £100,000 OTE (£55,000 basic + 12.5% of ACV)
Location: Central London – Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take on a full-cycle sales role, from prospecting and client engagement to closing high-value deals. In this role, you will focus on driving new business with advertisers, contributing to the company’s sales target of £360,000 annually.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated success in 360-degree sales , particularly in advertising or data services .
  • Strong proficiency in lead generation, managing sales cycles, and closing deals.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Cognism , and Outreach.io .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle : Take full ownership of the sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals with large advertisers.
  • Lead Generation : Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Cognism , and other databases to source and engage potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition : Secure 6 new advertising clients , each generating £60,000 per annum.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at media agencies and advertisers, positioning the company’s data services as essential for audience measurement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to turn opportunities into closed deals.
