EasyMeter has been part of Sanxing Medical Electric since January 2024. At our location in Bielefeld, we develop,
produce and sell electronic electricity meters for households and the growth market of e-mobility. Our customers
include energy suppliers, municipal utilities and charging station manufacturers.

We are looking for someone to join our sales team as
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of technologies, products and services in the metering and distribution
industry. Familiar with the local electricity market and related policies and regulations in Ukraine.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively promote the company’s products
and services. Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience, able to reach agreements in a
complex business environment.
- Customer relationship management: able to establish and maintain good customer relationships, especially with
key decision makers.
- Market analysis skills: able to conduct market research and analyse competitor situation and market trends.
Develop effective sales strategies and plans based on market data.
- Language skills: fluent in Ukrainian (and Russian if necessary). Good communication skills in English in order to
work with international teams.
- Technical support skills: basic technical knowledge, ability to understand and explain technical features of
products. Ability to provide initial technical support and solution recommendations to customers.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market environment and customer needs. Strong
problem solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Cultural sensitivity: deep understanding of local Ukrainian culture and business practices, and the ability to
respond flexibly to different business environments.
- A high willingnes to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis: responsible for collecting and analysing information on the local Ukrainian metering
or distribution market, including competitor situation, changes in customer demand, etc., to provide a basis for the
company to develop an effective market entry strategy.
- Customer relationship management: establish and maintain good relationship with local customers (e.g. power
companies, industrial users, etc.); visit important customers regularly to understand their needs and provide timely
feedback to the internal team.
- Product promotion: introduce the features and advantages of the company’s metering products or power
distribution solutions to potential customers, and increase brand awareness by participating in exhibitions and
organising seminars.
- Sales target achievement: according to the annual/quarterly sales target set by the company, plan personal sales
plan to ensure that the set performance targets are completed on time.
- Contract Negotiation and Signing: Participate in technical exchanges and business negotiations during the project
bidding process, assist in the preparation of bidding documents; be responsible for the negotiation and final
signing of contract terms after success.
- After-sales service support: coordinate and solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of use,
enhance customer satisfaction; at the same time, collect market feedback and make suggestions for product
improvement.
