QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically within the GCC/government and MICE segments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; other languages are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GCC and government business and MICE operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies effectively.
- Experience with CRM and hotel sales management software (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue from the GCC/government and MICE business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government entities, and corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities in the GCC and MICE markets, working toward increased occupancy and revenue.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service and a strong brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing data to inform strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements within the government and GCC segments to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel offerings and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of service in alignment with the hotel’s goals.
