Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across the GCC region.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure team members meet targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships within the GCC region.
  • Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in key territories.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates.
  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies, target key sectors, and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.
  • Ensure cost-effective sales operations and adherence to the financial guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Understanding of the GCC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region as required.
