LeverX is looking for a sales leader with 7 + years of experience selling IT services and solutions to large multinational companies and midsize market as well. Are you an experienced Sales Leader to help us grow and rapidly expand our current existing customer base in Germany? This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a competitive and dynamic growth environment and manages selling complex enterprise solution deals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Execute against quarterly set Sales KPI’s
- Work with global regional sales teams to develop compelling sales strategies and processes and manage risk
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as excellent existing business networking and lead generation tools
- Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the cost benefits and ROI calculations
- 7+ years sales experience selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers across various industries
- Minimum of 5 years of Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
- Deep Expertise in SAP solutions & projects
- Proven record of success in prospecting, relationship building, and closing key logo accounts
- Ability to Consult with C-level executives to develop ideas and strategies for solving their challenges in a fast changing market
- Well-versed in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Procurement and Cloud Solutions
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within Germany midsize and enterprise market
- Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with an ability to write in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Responsibilities:
- The sales professionals at LeverX drive the sales process and outcomes, generating a constantly growing pipeline documented in our CRM system and guiding the customer from opportunity origination through a consultative and solution-oriented sales process to closure. The Sales Leaders work alongside the consulting and marketing teams to execute the go-to-market strategy and deliver consistently against aggressive sales goals.
- They are responsible for spearheading and executing prospective sales and marketing programs that will assess, build, and manage a sales pipeline to deliver on the company’s growth objectives.
