Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional with a background in FMCG to join our team as an Account Manager & Operations Coordinator. This hybrid role combines account management, operational oversight (warehouse and delivery management etc.), and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow account revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prepare reports.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and track invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational and client-related activities.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG, with exposure to account management, sales and operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retails manager and HoReCa.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
