Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional with a background in FMCG to join our team as an Account Manager & Operations Coordinator. This hybrid role combines account management, operational oversight (warehouse and delivery management etc.), and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow account revenue and meet sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prepare reports.
Operations Management:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve delivery challenges.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and track invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of operational and client-related activities.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG, with exposure to account management, sales and operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retails manager and HoReCa.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
