Compensation range: $28-33 CAD per hour plus bonuses
The Compensation Range includes the span between the minimum and maximum base salary. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum base salary and can be considered for an employee with full job knowledge, required qualifications and experience for the position.

ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Sales Manager, High School. You will be part of our fantastic team and report directly to the Executive Director and Senior International Student Advising and Recruitment Manager. You’ll be part of a team of experienced and passionate people who believe in a higher education and work hard behind the scenes to help its students thrive in Canada. You will be helping the students to understand the nature, scope, requirement, and purpose of the course.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant degree in a related discipline.
- Native English speaking is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education
- Experience in working in an educational institution is preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Excellent/Good organizational skills, communications skills- oral and written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual and able to communicate with ease in minimum three Asian international languages.
- Understand the educational student recruitment system.
- Comprehensive understanding of their area of sales, including fast-moving items and consumer goods
- Ability to stay helpful, polite, and confident, and have the resources to resolve customer issues
- Comfortable working with other members of the sales team to support their process and goals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and offer recommendations on the managerial strategies for attracting more potential students.
- Create and progress the Chinese market or prospective growth opportunities.
- Develop and create sales coaching strategies.
- Investigate managerial policies and programs to determine their efficacy and efficiency.
- Conduct evaluations and suggest modifications to practices in areas like operations, human resources, records management, and communications.
- Develop long-term relationships with third-party vendors to increase the promotion of our services.
- Industry-specific applied AI usage internal/external training/coaching.
- Analyze and present all ROI to management (KPI might vary based on projects)
- Incorporate routine clerical duties to support the office team.
- Manage and assist companies regarding regulatory policies and practices, ensuring internal adherence to regulations, and preparing submissions and filings with regulatory agencies.
- Plan to restructure an establishment’s operations.
- Might include international travel.
- Lead the sales connections, including answering a combination of phone calls, emails, and online chat messages to provide initial support to customers
- Developing sales reports to share with executive leadership and senior members of the team
- Adhering to the procedures and guidelines of the company
- Staying up to date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to clients and customers
- Provide and develop personalized guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
- Lead one-on-one advising sessions to help students identify their educational goals and develop an academic plan.
- Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student population.
- Guide students through the application process, including reviewing applications, verifying credentials, and assisting with required documentation.
- Work closely with the Admissions staff to ensure timely processing of applications and accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate enrollment procedures, including course registration, orientation programs, and financial aid applications.
- Analyse reports on recruitment and enrollment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize student information systems and CRM tools to track student progress and support decision-making processes.
- Perform other additional administrative duties related to the department.
