Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of a quantifiable sales plan - aligned to both operational and strategic business objectives.
- Assigning key sales territories
- Providing coaching & mentoring and identifying training needs
- Delivering agreed sales targets and goals through leadership of key account and account managers
- Conducting negotiation and presentations at senior level.
- Maintaining and enhancing positive working relationships with customers to build customer loyalty and maximise future business opportunities.
- Providing accurate and timely forecasts of future demand and communicating market intelligence to optimise customer contact plans.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships within the business
