We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Homeowner Sales to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of the homeowner business.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales through field sales, telesales, and self-service platforms to achieve and surpass targets.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team dedicated to homeowners.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring constant optimization and pivoting strategies as necessary.
- Market Insight: Maintain a pulse on the real estate market to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
What You Should Have:
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven experience in marketplace sales & marketing and online classified business sales & marketing.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Experience with field sales, telesales, and self-service strategy.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prefer from banking - KPR Area handling
- Real estate industry experience is a plus.
