Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our UK sales strategy and drive business growth. With a focus on developing strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities, this role is pivotal in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by building relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical professionals, and industry distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, prospecting, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and offer support to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aesthetics or skincare industry
- Established network of contacts within the UK aesthetics market, including clinics, distributors, and medical professionals.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of aesthetic products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK for client visits, training sessions, and events.
