As a team, we work closely together, we are looking for an ambitious sales professional who is looking for their next challenge, an individual who is keen to grow their career to Regional Sales Manager in the future. We will support and develop this individual, therefore, to be considered for the role you require:

  • Knowledge of the Indian electronics market.
  • Knowledgeable/experienced in Indian business culture.
  • >1-year recent experience within a power electronics commercial role would be advantageous.
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field would be beneficial.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet customers’ needs across India.
  • Fluent in Indian, verbal and written would be advantageous.
  • Ability to present confidently and engage customers in meetings both current as well as new business pursuits.
  • Able to demonstrate a variety of key methods of communicating.

Responsibilities:

This role includes but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in managing the India territory.
  • Maintaining and developing existing customers relationships across India.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new customers that align with company’s application and product strategy.
  • Contribute to regional sales forecast which is to be regularly updated.
  • Assist and own projects associated with sales region.
  • Undertake sales visits across the India region ensuring that all information is sent in a timely manner and/or provided to prospective/current customer
