Description:
FocusKPI is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. Please contact Dan Zhang at danz@focuskpi if needed.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, build strong client relationships, and work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B or AI industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to product development and improvement.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
