About the team
Tietoevry Laboratory is a leading provider of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) in the Nordics. Our flagship products, Lifecare Flexlab LIMS and Lifecare Flexlab Sympathy are used in clinical and pathology labs, with additional offerings like Genetic LIS through partnerships. These solutions improve patient safety, reduce turnaround time, and streamline laboratory workflows.
Lifecare Lab supports collaboration across different lab disciplines, providing a unified and adaptable environment. It covers the full laboratory process, from sample handling to quality control, and offers flexibility to meet the specific needs of each laboratory.
About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Laboratory product portfolio – a role to develop our customer partnership, and our strategic agenda mainly in Finland but as we are working on all markets in the Nordic you will be involved there as well. In this role it would be useful to have background within Laboratory business and Healthcare. The responsibility can also over time include sales for our other product portfolios in addition to Lifecare Lab products within our area.
As a Sales Manager for Lifecare Lab portfolio you will have a role in the Business Management team within Tietoevry Laboratory, maintaining and developing our Laboratory customer market, business, and our presence in the market. In this you will be working closely with our Continuous Service Managers (CSM) and sales country units driving and orchestrating our work with our customers.

In this role, you will

  • Drive market growth and build strong customer relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in their laboratory digitalization
  • Understand current and future customer needs to create new business opportunities
  • Plan and conduct meetings with both new and existing customers to present products and strategies
  • Coordinate with sales teams and follow up on activities
  • Prepare sales, tender, and contract materials
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet growth goals
  • Gather and channel customer feedback
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills and the ability to deliver results
  • Work effectively within a team to achieve goals

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience in managing and delivering large, complex, value-driven sales and software/IT projects in the Lab and Healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to lead and win large, complex, value-driven bids
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex value propositions both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You can be based either in Finland or Sweden.
