We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead a GTS (Gartner Technology Sales) large enterprise sales team. This Singapore-based role oversees a team responsible for our largest commercial accounts in Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed financial targets
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with overall sales objectives
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talent using Gartner’s validated recruitment methodology
  • Lead a team of 4-8 quota-bearing sales associates
  • Drive high-impact activities through team prospecting sessions
  • Ensure team members can develop and maintain C-level relationships
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of global strategy
  • Coach and mentor direct reports to improve team success
  • Take ownership of personal and team professional growth
