Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the economic success of the hotels, short term & long term
- Optimisation of the portfolio to achieve the growth targets of the hotels
- Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all “Sales Managed” segments
- Management of the assigned customer portfolio
- National and international travel activities
- Organising sales trips and trade fair visits
- Constant monitoring of the market and the competition
- Staying ‘up to date’ and know about new hotel openings, hotel renovations and local changes
- Co-responsibility for all sales promotion activities for the assigned area
- Co-responsibility for smooth operations within the department and team
- Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sale
