We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to cover London (inside the M25) supporting our growing regional team within the Sales function, this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to up skill and develop through the company, you will find more details below.

MABEY HIRE STEM EDUCATION PROGRAMME

In 90 minute after-school clubs, our team of STEM Ambassadors help children aged 10-13 improve their awareness and perceptions of the engineering and construction sectors. Using LEGO® Education materials and our bespoke ‘mission mat,’ students explore six core topics which challenge their mathematical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce and implement sales tactics in line with annual sector-based communicated Sales plans that will maximize revenue from existing and new products
  • Promote Standard Pre-Engineered solutions through the depot sales desks to increase revenue
  • Produce quality design briefs for the engineering team for bespoke solutions
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to achieve budgeted targets, focussing on specified 20k+ and national customers for growth opportunities
  • Accelerate multi-point engagement of Field Engineer/Engineering /General Manager team across the customer
  • Informed by the national account team, support the development of national/key accounts through local relationships
  • Respond to customer issues to ensure a quick, appropriate, mutually beneficial resolution.
  • Through published construction sales leads and industry insights, be an expert in the area on new schemes and projects being released and already underway
