ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our hugely impressive growth and success, we’re on the lookout for multiple energetic, motivated Sales Managers of various levels based in Manchester, passionate about video marketing and excited to make an impact in the UK market. This role is central to building strong, strategic relationships with media agencies and clients, generating new business, and driving revenue in an ever-evolving industry. We’re looking for a digital sales expert who brings a proactive approach and is as focused on client success as they are on innovation.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be a strategic, analytical leader with a deep understanding of the video marketing landscape—on YouTube and beyond. You’ll balance client needs with strategic insights, managing high-stakes projects, and delivering solutions that surpass expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive the UK sales strategy, positioning Channel Factory solutions to media agencies and direct clients across the market.
  • Equip agency buyers with the insights and resources they need to advocate for our solutions.
  • Shape and implement a winning sales strategy with the Management team to unlock growth and accelerate revenue.
  • Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure flawless client service.
  • Build and expand relationships with agencies and direct clients, from prospecting new leads to closing key deals.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategies to clients based on their video advertising goals, securing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Be an expert in Brand Safety and Suitability on YouTube, advocating for Channel Factory’s technology and capabilities.
  • Regularly forecast, track, and report on sales metrics, timelines, and projections to monitor growth and identify new opportunities.
