We are looking for a talented and commercially driven

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop the named client accounts to reach short- and long-term business targets
  • Account handling incl. customer meetings and translating ideas to top-down operative campaigns and actions
  • Actively follow and support the customers’ Marimekko products’ sales based on the annual action plan and budget
  • Decide activities and build the action plan to reach the numeral KPI targets and to support the wholesale strategy and profitable growth
  • Have an active role in the assortment building with the customer
  • Plan and execute budgeting and estimates and reach the sales and other KPI targets according to given guidelines
  • Ensure implementation of marketing plans and visual merchandising guidelines on customers’ platforms
  • Strong co-operation with internal teams (for example marketing, logistics, merchandising, product development, support services) to meet the needs and deadlines
  • Other tasks like customer service, offer creation, new business evaluation, operative coordination tasks, Dafo user, CRM management tool user, financial reporting tool user etc.

In order to succeed in the role and take the customer management to next level you have/are:

  • Experience in account management/b-to-b sales in omnichannel environment with a strong track record
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
  • Strong project and time management skills with solution-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Analytical skills and attention to the details with an ability to translate information into action and justified business decisions
  • Inspiring, result driven and flexible team player
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals both external and internal
  • Experience from fashion, design and/or consumer goods industry is considered as an advantage
