We are looking for a Sales Manager – Mast Climber and Transport Platform. Compensation for this role includes a base salary of 130K - 160K plus bonus, 401K match vested day 1, Benefits Day 1.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-7 years in B2B sales at the corporate level.
2-5 years leading and managing sales teams.
Proven expertise in strategic analysis and client research.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving revenue.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and its trends.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
Average 31 units on rent across the central region in 2025
Sales Revenue $1.5 M
Sales Pipeline Development $10 M
Sales Conversion Rates 15%
Build engagement with the existing sales team to ensure mast climbing and transport platform product growth

Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Responsibilities:

Support branch network to establish growth areas for Mast Climber & TPS product lines.
Determine market capacity by city.
Determine fleet needs by market to facilitate growth.
Assign Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets with the Regional Vice President (RVP) and Commercial Sales Manager for the Mast Climbing, Reechcraft, and Transport Platform product lines.
Help branch network achieve AOP target.
Build an infrastructure of sales that can support product line growth in key markets.
Ensure the equipment fleet is maintained in rent-ready condition.
Forecast units on rent and equipment needs monthly.
Support estimating of product lines.
Train sales reps and branch managers on the product lines.
Drive product line adoption and growth.
Success will be measured by margin improvements and revenue increases in each product in each branch.
No all local and state applicable laws that applies to each product.
Link local branch sales to product line management and NPD.
Provide internal/external customer feedback to product-line managers.
Coordinate, manage, and drive improvements in the Construct-Connect opportunity program, including monthly coordination on success with Management.
Establish relationships with Architects and Engineers in the restoration market
Actively participate in and represent the branch at local trade organizations
Lead and develop the branch’s marketing and PR campaigns
Hand off all leads to salesmen and incorporate sales staff into established relationships
