Description:

MBC Security Ltd are a well-established security company that pride themselves on delivering a professional service with a personal approach. We have been trading since 2008 in London and the South East and have been part of the SIA Approved Contractor scheme since 2009. MBC Security Ltd form part of a group of companies also offering commercial cleaning services, electrical, maintenance and project refurbishment.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team to focus on sales in London and the South East. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new role with the chance to grow and progress within the company as we expand. Our core service is manned security guarding within the corporate sector however we also offer other services such as mobile patrols, key holding, locking and unlocking and alarm response.
We’re looking for someone with solid sales experience in manned security to help us take things to the next level. You should have experience selling into the corporate sector but experience in other industries such as government facilities, leisure, and facilities management is advantageous.
We would like to recruit someone who fully understands the B2B sales process inside and out—everything from finding leads to closing deals. We would also welcome any fresh ideas on how we can improve and grow as a company. Strong communication skills, a smart appearance, positive attitude and a proactive approach are a must.

Education:
