Sales Manager
Reports to: Franchise Director
Number of direct Reports: 10 Sales Representatives
General Summary
Responsible for all sales and marketing activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as franchise budget. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages daily sales promotion activities and advertising.
Communicates and leads short- and long-range sales and marketing plans.
Implements marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit.
Researches new markets and applications for volume growth.
Develops sales processes and pricing models.
Lead key negotiations. Develop strong relationship with KOLs and key non-clinical stakeholders.
Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of marketing and sales staff.
Coaches and mentor subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.
A key responsibility is people development.
Recommends product modifications or improvements to product line.
Provides input for the development of products and anticipates a customer need/solution approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 10-12 years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
  • MBA desired
  • Proven experience in commercial position leading people
  • Previous healthcare experience is desirable
  • English: Advanced
  • Travel percentage: 35%
  • Location of the role: Monterrey
