THE ROLE:
Are you a driven and tactical sales leader ready to take on a pivotal role in our growth journey? As our Sales Manager (Mid-Market) - North America, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for our cutting-edge Agility platform. With a strong track record in managing SaaS sales teams and a passion for mentorship, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious sales targets. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive Growth: Implement an effective sales strategy to build and maintain a robust pipeline, achieving ambitious growth and sales targets.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on new client acquisition, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Performance Management: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Account Executives to review progress, set targets, and drive results.
- Team Development: Motivate, advise, and onboard new team members while fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
- Collaborate: Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive process improvements.
- Optimize: Work with other Sales Managers to refine sales processes and methodologies, using data-driven insights to evolve your team’s strategy.
