YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Metallurgical Degree from recognized university
• Local language knowledge, both in written and verbal.
• Able to communicate in English preferred.
• Candidates with Sales experience in B2B experience in the industrial minerals industry will have an added advantage
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience with proven sales track
• Able to understand Technical Term and drawings
• Process Filtration knowledge would be an advantage
• Dynamic, Pro-active work style and Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
• Good PC skills (MS-Office, ERP-system and Info CRM System)

YOUR ROLE

Explore new market, manage and handle new and existing customers’ queries, requests / complaints and co-ordinate with the support functions to satisfy customers’ needs. Good understanding of this business environment and ability to connect the market.

YOUR TASKS

• Analyses sales trends / preparation of reports for management / advise on the business
• Plan the short and long term strategy for the sales direction.
• Prepare the budget , forecast and strategic sales objectives.
• Provide technical support with the help from Technical Support to the customers
• Support the Line Manager in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies and activities to meet overall objectives.
• Deliver sales objectives for Sefar products within the responsible countries / region.
• Intensive business travelling
