We are looking for a Service Sales Manager at ABB Oy, Motion Services in Helsinki. Heading a dynamic Sales Team and as a part of the local Management Team, you will drive the growth and profitability of local Motion Services in Finland. ABB Motion Services is leading service organization of electrical motors, generators and drives.

This position reports to Local Division Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading local Motion Services sales team with more than 20 sales professionals
  • Ensuring profitable growth in Motion Services in the local market
  • Developing division strategy and onboard sales team with strategic initiatives
  • Taking active role in the local Motion Services Management Team
  • Planning the annual marketing activities with key stakeholders
  • Systematic screening of market trends and new opportunities
  • Developing of sales processes and tools, as well as sales budgeting and target settings
  • Coaching sales organization, people, and competences
  • Cooperation with key stakeholders from other local Motion Services functions
  • Networking and cooperating with other ABB units

Qualifications for the role:

  • Proven track record of developing sales teams
  • Experience in change management
  • Innovative and strategic mindset
  • Systematic and goal-oriented team player with strong leadership skills
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality and demonstrating energy in work
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field
