Our Corporate Cash Management team offers global solutions to large cap companies, including payments, FX, and liquidity management. We advise senior corporate representatives to secure cash management mandates, focusing on multinational clients in the Nordics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep understanding of the business, market, and target segment needs
- Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices
- Skilled in solving complex problems with innovative solutions
- Capable of working independently and seeking guidance when needed
- Able to make decisions in nonstandard situations, guided by policies
- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- University degree with 8-10 years of experience in Cash Management or Treasury Solutions
- Strong selling skills, including communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Proficient in financial analysis
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and win new cash management opportunities, especially with clients where we have no or low wallet share.
- Analyze client operations, identify pain points, and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through active account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Prepare account plans, monitor financial KPIs, and manage pricing.
- Handle proposal writing and the sales process, including RFIs/RFPs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Promote our cash management services through industry events and awards.
