Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in sales and leadership, ideally within wholesale and retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team while managing hands-on tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.Solid understanding of budget management and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies for both the wholesale and retail markets in Norway.
- Lead and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, retail stores, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee budget development and financial performance to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination with international and cross-functional teams to align with the company’s overall sales strategy.
- Conduct regular training and development activities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.Negotiations for new and existing retail locations.
